Location
This region includes geographically on the north coast of depression that forms next to the Mar Menor limit on the east bythe Mediterranean Sea on the west by the mountains ofColumbares, and Escalona and extending south to the vicinity of the Rambla El Albujón. 

This depression continues to spread coast to the Sierra and the Sierra Carrascoy of Victoria,La Muela and Head of Roland and the mining Sierra of Cartagena-La Union to configure the entire coastal plain washed by the Mar Menor and various authors call and Campo de Cartagena
